Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs access to and use of services, systems, platforms, tools, and technologies provided by or accessed through any entity within the doo.FINANCE network (“doo.FINANCE,” “we,” “us”) in connection with the professional services we provide (the “Services”).
This Policy applies to all clients, users, authorized representatives, and any other persons granted access to the Services (“Users”).

1. Permitted Use
Users may access and use the Services solely for lawful business purposes and only in connection with the Services expressly agreed under an applicable letter of engagement, services agreement, order form, or equivalent contractual arrangement.
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations when using the Services.
2. Regulatory and Licensing Position
Users may not, directly or indirectly:
1. use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or improper purpose;
2. upload, transmit, store, or process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise violates the rights of any third party;
3. interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, platforms, networks, or data used in connection with the Services;
4. share access credentials, permissions, or confidential information with unauthorized persons;
5. introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into systems, platforms, or documents used in connection with the Services;
6. attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse any tools, templates, methodologies, or technologies made available as part of the Services;
7. use the Services in a manner that could compromise the security, integrity, or availability of client data, doo.FINANCE systems, or third-party platforms used in connection with the Services;
8. use the Services to support activities that are illegal, unethical, or prohibited under applicable law or regulation.
3. Access Credentials and Security
Access to systems, platforms, and shared resources (including accounting systems, document repositories, and collaboration tools) is limited to authorized Users and must be used strictly in accordance with the permissions granted.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their access credentials and for all activities carried out using those credentials
4. Suspension or Restriction of Access
doo.FINANCE reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, where we reasonably determine that:
- this Policy has been violated;
- continued access may pose a security, legal, regulatory, or professional risk; or
- such action is required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a lawful request from a competent authority.
Any such action is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to doo.FINANCE under applicable agreements or law.
5. Relationship to Other Agreements
This Policy supplements and forms part of the contractual framework governing the Services, including the applicable services agreement, letter of engagement, and any service-specific addenda or schedules.
In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the applicable services agreement or letter of engagement shall prevail.
6. Updates to This Policy
doo.FINANCE may update this Policy from time to time. The most current version will be made available on our website or otherwise communicated to Users. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
